I’m not a guru. I’m someone who figured some things out.

For a long time, I had no idea who I was or where I was going. Not in a dramatic way — just that quiet, persistent feeling of drifting. I’d wake up and go through the motions. I knew I wanted more, but ‘more’ felt like a word with no address.

I started with affirmations because someone told me to. Honestly? I thought it was a bit much. But I kept at it — not because I believed it would fix everything, but because I needed something to hold onto. Over time, paired with a vision board that actually meant something to me, I started getting clearer. Not overnight. Not magically. Just — clearer.

Now I work with people who are in that same in-between space. Not broken. Not hopeless. Just unsure. I don’t promise transformation. I offer a process — one that helped me build direction when I had none. If you’re willing to do the work, I’ll walk through it with you.
